Eggs Improve Memory
A study in USA showed that chicken eggs can help increase memory. In
the study spear headed by senior researcher, Rhoda Au, from the Boston
University School of Medicine found that of 1,400 adult participants who
ate a choline rich diet performed better in exams and tests. They are
also less likely to have dementia and other memory problems.
Chicken
eggs are of the foods rich in choline, and in addition it is the most
accessible to people. Other foods that are rich in choline are liver,
saltwater fish, and milk.
If this study is true, I have to eat
more eggs now. I hate eggs because they are not favorable for my taste.
Although I eat one when it is mixed with soups and other foods, I still
eat that much. But with this study, I think
I have to try it. I may find it good this time. I badly need something
to help me with my grades and if eating eggs would help, I will
definitely try it.
Actually, I also tried eating fish rich with Omega 3 because a custom essays
also said that it can be helpful in improving memory just like drinking
tea, which I also drink now. I know that there are no magical solution
in sharpening my memory, but this things just give me hope that there is
still a way now to get bullied because of my low grades, or not get
embarrassed in front of the class for saying a wrong answer.
Besides, there is nothing wrong with trying.
